Perhaps they are simply based here, but I don’t understand why the website charges in USD when it operates in my CBD(Melbourne, Australia). Does Envato also pay out in USD? #confused

Yes they pay out in USD as well. It’s because the USD is considered the most universal currency I believe. So we’re all at the mercy of the exchange rate with the USD.
