I think there are few reasons of reject:

  1. Pour arrangement
  2. Raw sound (like demo track, not professional mix)
  3. After 1:00 - crazy sound (something like sound of broken glass)
  4. Panoraming of instruments are very experimental (voice only in right chanel, guitar in left, ect). You can move some additional instruments in richer mix and it would be right. But when you have only drums, bass, guitar in your mix and you move instrument radical to left or right chanel it sounds unprofessional.

Try to create richer and more commercial arrangment and mix it right. Good luck!

There is no coherence in your mix. Very extreme panning, and really raw sound of drums.
