The review turnaround times in that link are not guarantees. They’re averages from the last week, and are not indicative of future review times. The reviewers will get to your item as soon as they can.

Just to note, this is the third time you’ve posted about submitting an item X days ago and it not yet being reviewed… and each time you’re told pretty much the same thing, and each time your item eventually gets reviewed not that long after.
Be content in the knowledge that your item is in the queue, and will be reviewed as soon as the reviewers get around to it, and focus your energy on making more items, improving your skills or just having fun.
