These are the minimum review times. Depending on if there’re too many items, it may take longer. ( weekends, public holidays, etc are not included. )

Hi Charlie, there is nothing in my profile/dashboard. I also never received any sort of reject or accept email. This is my first upload, perhaps I missed something?

If you didn’t receive the Item review notification email (you should to check spam/junk as well), then check your email settings (Settings => Email Settings) in Envato market Dashboard Settings, is there a check mark for Item review notifications.

Sometimes email can go in spam, so need to check inbox, spam, junk as well.

If you can’t see your Item in your Dashboard and ‘Hidden Items’ tab page then your Item has reviewed and got hard rejected.

You should checked Item review notifications for your Item review notifications (approve or soft/hard rejected) email.

Don’t worry, it’s taken some time, but it will be approved after that. Because it needs time for verification, if you add too many items, it will take more time, but if you add only some items, it will take less time.

It has been another week and it’s passing already. But my submission isn’t even touched yet. God knows why they are taking weeks when they used to provide results within 2-3 working days.

I know, I’ve been waiting for 12 days now, this is the longest it has ever taken. They probably need to hire more help.

there have always been variations in waiting time , even years ago … part of the deal is that, during the second half of the year, there usually are more active authors, more submissions and thus the waiting time may increase accordingly …

I can understand that. But if a result takes up to half of a month then it will be really hard for me to cross the minimum payout threshold. They mentioned 3 days average for new items and 6 days minimum for print templates. But my items are on hold for 15 days, 14 days now. I think it’s way beyond the minimum/average time they provided to us.
