Hello! What license would I need to purchase to put the song on Spotify (I’ll be recording vocals and putting them over the instrumental, and I’ll be crediting the creator of the instrumental)? Or are we not able to do that? (I’m new, so I have no idea how this works, haha). If someone could get back to me, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!
That’s not allowed with any license unfortunately.
- You can’t re-distribute the Item as a musical item, as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files. You can’t do this with an Item either on its own or bundled with other items (such as an audio compilation), and even if you modify the Item. You can’t re-distribute the Item as-is or with superficial modifications. These things are not allowed even if the re-distribution is for free.
Examples: You can’t modify a music track and distribute it on a music CD. You can’t add lyrics over the top of a music track and sell it as your own song on iTunes. You can’t use a music track in your internet radio service.
Ah, okay. I must have overlooked that, haha. Thank you!!
Then what we can do with musics and effects? i used and mixed them aand create my owene music and I sent to Youtube, I would like send them to spotify and etc.
You’re welcome to create your own music and sell it on Spotify, but if you’re using AudioJungle content in your tracks, then you haven’t really created your own content. The majority of uses for AudioJungle items would be adding the audio to video content and having the end product played on Youtube or TV, but there are plenty of other uses.
Hello,
I agree with you but with mixing vary elements, in fact, we create our specific music with a new scenario.
For example, in my meditation’s music, I some times mixing more than 10 elements and from your simple 8-minute music I crate 34 minutes music with many new sounds and items.
by the way, I would like to know do we have some solution to publish in audio systems like cd, Spotify and etc or not.
otherwise, I have to find other sounds provider for my tasks and, that is not good.

Hello, you absolutely cannot publish material you bought from Audiojungle on Spotify, CDBaby and similar services, as if it were your own. Doing so will have legal ramifications and may create a real mess when it comes to ContentID.
You will have to find another place where to get music from. But, I really don’t know where they would allow such a use.
Btw and what about sfx?
