Want to know if I purchase a track of music, and I put vocals on it, is it permissible to release it on platforms like DistroKid orTune Core? Do I need to pay for further licensing?

I do not understand all the legal jargon in the description of licensing terms.

No unfortunately this is not allowed at AudioJungle, you cannot modify or resell the tracks here as your own.
