I’m trying to update an Impreza WP theme. I’ve paid you to activate the theme but you haven’t sent the confirmation email I need to confirm my purchase

Before you ask I have hit the resend email link about a dozen times and I have repeatedly checked my spam folder

This is really crappy interface and system!

this is not my problem the problem is you haven’t sent my activation email despite many attempts. So the link is just not there yet when I login
