Problem with updating and activating Impreza theme licence

Hello,

I have made a website for a customer on my test website space and moved this website to the customer provider and URL after finish. However I dont get the option to buy an connect a new licence for this customer. Normally I got it because of the theme updates and then I could buy and activate one in that process. However, it is somehow ‘stuck’ in an older version and now updates of Impreza are presented.

So how do I get a new licence in? Anyone who can help me?

No worries. You’ll just want to contact the author of that theme to see if they can reset your license for you -
