where is my licence key?

Hi,
I have added the wordpress theme Toro to my collection and have added a licence.
I need to get support for the theme. The developer’s support forum needs a licence key.
Where do I get a key for the licence?

Hi,
It is an elements download, as I am a subscriber to envato elements.
So what do I do?

Elements downloads do not come with p/codes because support and updates are not included

Then what is the use of the download?
What is the subscription for?

The plugin/theme still works as it should do. It’s only the additional features like support and updates which are restricted.

Without this difference, there would be no point in having Themeforest, and while this will not suit all buyers there will still be a sizeable % who can update themes for themselves; those who might just want to try a theme out with the view to investing in the full version later, etc.

Thre are also other categories like Graphics etc where updates etc. are not a relevant concern.
