It’s asking for a license code but the theme doesn’t come with one? Not sure what to do.
Just ignore it. Some themes offer some additional stuff (usually quick demo import) when you register their license. However, themes downloaded from Elements do no come with license code which is used for registering your license. That is only for themes bough on ThemeForest. However, not registering the license should not prevent you from using the theme.
