Hi there! I had credits on my account due to being double charged for something a while back. I was planning to use them for a theme on a job I am just starting which had to be delayed due to me being ill (yeah, thanks Corona Virus)! I am now about to start the job, came to download the theme and all my credits are gone! I cannot find any way to contact ‘customer services’ so can anyone help?
You should have gotten an email (perhaps it ended up in your spam folder) warning that your credits were going to expire soon and with an option to extend them.
Thans for your reply, I haven’t seen an email but then things have been a bit mad the last few weeks. Thanks for the link, I ill take a look. I had been trying to find a way to contact ‘customer service’ but they don’t make it easy to find such things on the website.
