when will envato will return skrill for payment option !

Is this problem going to be fixed for sure? Since Skrill is the only way I can withdraw money in my country…

Skrill is the only method my bank card would work with. Being that Envato is not in the USA, my bank will not accept payment to them. But they did always approve Skrill payments. I currently have no method to make purchases. Is there a work around???
