When Envato shall stop forcing authors to get damaged for Sale Reversal ???

Hi there

Today, I have more 1 Sale Reserval, without any notification, without any email and without any status. Just realize that my money reduced then see it in Statements.

I know this is hard to prevent, but each month I have some Sale Reversals, it’s really too bad, today I just Google then I realize Sale Reversal occurs on Envato from many years ago.

Till today, you still don’t have any solution for this?

I think they already do some preventions such as auto block the account. But still, digital transactions can always be manipulated. :sweat:

I want to suggest, all buyers must purchase via Envato’s credit; and buyers must upload fund to credits more than 3 months to be legal for purchasing
