I want to includes some premium wordpress plugin to be included as a theme packages.
Sample.

I want to include visual composer with full features to my theme. What license should I buy in order to use my theme?

You have to buy Extended License if you would like to include any plugin in your Theme for sale. Prior to that you have to contact plugin author and ask for permission.

Just contact plugin author via contact form on his profile page. Include a link to your theme / template and inform that you would like to use his plugin (Extended License) and ask for a permission in response. Plugin author should grant you with a permission to use it.
