Visual Composer plugin in my theme ?

Hello,I want to sell my WP theme in TF with Visual Composer plugin .

1.So Do I need to buy Regular License of visual composer or Extended license ?
2.Can I use same plug in in my next theme or I have to buy new one again ?

You need an extended license for EACH theme you create

You also need permission from the author of VC to use it.
