How to include visual composer in my theme

Hello all,
I have seen many theme on themeforest which have visual composer and other premium plugins bundled free for the buyer.
My question is which type of license is needed if i also want to bundle visual composer in my theme and how much it would cost? do i need to pay money before hand or a percentage of my theme sales? or there is any other way round?

You need to purchase extended license.(before) Then you can include inside of your theme

if i buy extended license, can i include only in one theme or in many of my themes?

Only once. If you want to use the same plugin for other theme, you need to purchase another extended license
