What to do when theme vendor support ignores all my emails?

Hi, I recently bought the theme where they ironically have a a GIF advertising 12 to 24hr support turnaround and ‘Friendly Support’.

I was unable to actually register for their support forum due to a Wordpress error message popping up on their website. I emailed about this and they asked me to respond quoting my purchase code, which I immediately did. Since then they have not responded to any of my 3 follow up emails spanning over a 2 week time period.

I need to get support for this theme and am quite frankly disgusted by being continually ignored. What are my options please?

You can post a comment on the theme Comments page and tell the theme author that you need their support. Hope the theme author will assist you.

If still not reply (within max 3 business days) then you can report it to the envato support by opening a Help ticket .
