Hi, there is no such specific monthly sales average. Actually it fully depends on Item quality, features and acceptable ratio of the customer. So, best qulaity Items got higher sales average. Thanks

Here are Top sellers from last week - https://themeforest.net/popular_item/by_category?category=site-templates

So, the best selling item last week had 157 sales. On other side, for example I have 1-2 sale per item per week (html templates).
