I can’t understand Which i will add withdrawal. Cos I don’t know What is Single Payment and Automated Monthly Payment (All Earning). Plz Help me.

Single payment would be just one payment. Monthly payment means that every month your earnings will be payed to you (providing they reached the minimum payout amount that month.)
