I have been refining my code as much as I can but it still gets rejected and the reason I get is “quality standard required to move forward”.

You need much more experience to submit your items here. Check out some tutorials at https://tutsplus.com and similar sites. This is really the only feedback you need right now.
There is no point in giving you more constructive feedback because I would have to criticise every single part of your design, hence basically teaching you how to do your job, and this forum and marketplace is certainly not a platform for that. You are basically not ready yet. Spend more time learning and try again in the future.
