I downloaded several videos and every time I try to play them or use the files I get the following message (in the picture).

how can I solve this problem?
Videos here are either in MP4 or Quicktime formats, and if you’re getting that message then you’re probably trying to play a Quicktime video in some kind of Windows player. This should be resolved if you download QuickTime player… you don’t have to then play the content in QT, you can still use Windows Media Player or whatever it is you’re using, but it means you’ll have the required codecs installed on your machine.
It’s also possible you already have QT codecs but you’re trying to play a codec that’s no longer supported, but for now… installing QT should fix it.
