How can I download a video in compressed web format?

Hi

Is there a way to download a compressed version of the video. Downloaded a video of 2GB today that didn’t work. I was reading somewhere, you can use a converter, but that is not realistic and using a lot of bandwidth to download the video first.

It should be like this:

Downloaded 2 videos now and keep getting the same error (0xc00d5212)

This item was encoded in a format that’s not supported.

Hi

May be the file was encoded as a Quicktime MOV file, which is a standard video codec. It sounds like you do not have the codecs installed and might be trying to play back the video in a window’s native media player.

Please try to download and install the Quicktime player from Apple to have the codecs installed. Similarly, if you open the file in a video editing program, it should play fine.
