Several of the videos I download result in error code 0xc00d5212 and will not play. they are the same video type (MOV file) as other videos that play with no problem. Anyone else have this issue? Any solutions?
I am having a similar issue with downloaded .MOV files from Envato not playing because of an ap4h encoding error. The authors for both downloads are unresponsive. i appreciate any trouble shooting advice. I’ve done many downloads without issue before this. Please advise. Thank you
