Hello, I have a credit because I got a refund. I can not use it to buy anything else. When I’m in my basket, I have my credit. Can someone explain to me how does one use it?

Thank you for contacting us. My name is Aicah from Envato Customer Success Team, and I’ll be helping you with your concern today.
I see that your available credit is not enough to complete the purchase which is the reason why you are unable to use it.
Please be advised that the option to make split payments is not yet available. I understand that you would like to add just enough credit to your account so you can complete the $82.80 purchase. However, please be advised that Envato Credit can only be added to your account in $10 increments, with a minimum of $20 and a maximum of $100.
You don’t have to worry though about the excess funds as you may use these for future purchases and if this is not used and expires, we can always have it extended.
Some of the content on the Market sites sells for as low as $1. However, we’re unable to allow credits under $20 as the transaction fees for these mean that they are currently not sustainable for the Envato Market.
