Why do I have to add credits in $20 increments? You just lost a sale…

But the minimum is $20 then it increments by $10. Why can’t I start at $10? I don’t need that much credit. So for me to make a purchase between $20 and $30, I would have to spend $40. I don’t understand why I have to have credit? Why the hell can’t I just make a purchase for the amount shown. This has frustrated me in the past, I said something, but it was ignored. Therefore, I will find a different option than purchasing from this site.
You can purchase the item directly without credit - there may be a $2 fee to complete that, but this may work out better than being left with credit that you cannot/will not use
