Uploading Error

Hi,
Is there any problem of uploading files? When I use FTP it goes till 90% and then start to upload it again. Normal uploading also get some error in middle of uploading. Anyone get the same issue?

We are moving towards a simpler process with authentication for FTP. Currently we use different authentication passwords for different FTP services, and we want to make management easier for authors by having one set of credentials for FTP. Can you confirm if the issue is still on going? It looks as though i can see an upload go through from you an hour ago? If it still persists can you please check out: New FTP Credentials and post any debugging information if it’s ongoing.

Yeah as you said I tried to upload it 2 hours ago and when it comes to 100% it started to re-upload again, but just now I uploaded it through dropbox and it worked well.

Is there anyone know why Motion Graphics category is disabled? I selected Motion Graphics in the begining.

may be this is the reason:
To upload new motion graphics items, you would need to submit and pass a portfolio review.

I uploaded my motion graphic zip file without any error, but when I try to upload video preview by selecting that zip file, it goes like 17mb out of 24mb and stop, I tried with dropbox option also it goes half and say ’ Failed While Uploading’, how could I upload my preview video, any other options?
