Hi to all,
i already uploaded my theme 12days ago and today it’s messing from upload processing queud and i didn’t recieve any message from envato team,can somone explain to me what’s the probleme please,

is it normale, cause it was on the queud and now i can’t find my theme on my dash board

many Thanks Jeri, i know that the average time is 17 for CMS theme, but my question was why i don’t see may Theme on my dashboard

If the theme is missing from your dashboard, and you do not see it in your portfolio, it was rejected. Check your spam inbox for an email.

If it was soft rejected then you can see it from your Profile > Hidden Items tab. Otherwise it was hard rejected.

if you don’t see your theme on your dashboard and don’t recieve any message from envato that means your theme is rejected, what is that?
