Upload of New Theme Leaves Blank Page

Hello,

I just downloaded the theme Blackfyre. It said it was compatible with Wordpress 4.7. When I uploaded it to my Wordpress and activated it, it took me to a blank dark grey page with a purple banner at the top saying to click anywhere to add to the webpage. The mouse is a white box and there are two buttons at the top that say cancel and add but they don’t do anything. I cannot access my dashboard. I was able to turn it off in my hosting site, but I can’t seem to get it running properly. I’ve deleted it and reloaded it to Wordpress countless times now and nothing seems to work. What do I do? I’m on a bit of a time crunch.

What do I do if they aren’t getting back to me? All they’ve said is that it should work, but they aren’t telling me how to fix it.
