That comes with lots of years of practice and to be honest, ThemeForest is not for “newbies” for now. Even the most experienced authors are having hard time to get their item approved and compared to that, your chances are pretty low.
Sorry to say that but that’s actually a design or work. If I spend some of my time ( or someone else ) for you, it won’t be fair for someone else, too, if I said no.
Considering the sales are getting low on marketplace as well authors started to leave the place, I actually suggest to focus on something else. You were just too late to be an author at Envato.
I know it sounds harsh, not to discourage you to keep working but it’s what it is.

@SkewDiv When it is said that design is generic that means you should find design niche that is not saturated.
I recommend you to focus either to design or to development. It is not possible these days to do both here because of high standards.
Overall, your design is good. But good design is not enough.
Your item is similar to some existing items. In other words, it’s not unique enough.
If the item is not unique enough, it won’t be approved. Even if it has a good design.
My advice is to do more research on the existing items on the market. When you have a feel of the market, you’ll understand what’s already made.
And then, create something different and new. Invent a new layout that noone has ever done. Invent a new structure, new combinations.
Review your own design, and ask yourself if everything from structure, to a little details are unique.
I understand that, but what I really lack is design, it’s a skill that has its own people

Your design is not bad at all but if you already know development (programming) why don’t focus on that and work together with designer who already have design approved here?
I’d say the quality of his work meets a high standard. It’s easy to label something as generic, but how many websites, even famous ones, can boast this level of quality? Many have far simpler designs. That said, I agree that one should focus on selling their work outside of this marketplace.

So I kept looking for my mistakes as I do now and by chance I saw on ThemeForest a phone number inside my country, so I decided to send them a WhatsApp, maybe it’s a company inside my country, offering them work without money just to gain experience
But fortunately it was a young designer and he had a very professional programmer friend, so I understood his situation
After communicating, he put his hands on things that I didn’t know existed and were important, like typography, spacing, etc.
I have made more than one design and they were also rejected
Once, this person talked to me and offered me to convert his designs to Vue
I was very happy and my profit margin was very small, but I did not refuse such an opportunity
I actually converted the designs and they were successfully accepted on ThemeForest
But unfortunately, the human qualities did not change
He talked to me and told me I am afraid that you will take my designs and work with them for yourself
I reminded him of a situation that actually happened between me and him, which is that I sent him an amount of money from the percentage he sent me and I told him not to send me more than the agreed percentage again because this is an agreement and this is fair
I am not an opportunist, but since doubt entered between us, I apologize for completing the work regardless of the profits
We started as friends and let me always respect you, but outside of work
So I try to work for myself and develop myself during this period with personal effort

I think you have the approach wrong - there’s way too much going on here for a personal portfolio site alone.
Rather than trying to overload everything into one end option - you should divide and conquer which adds more value to the item and increases the potential appeal to different buyers.
If you evolve the features and functionality that you already have within the same style, then it would be easy to create an item with multiple demos for different purposes and a choice of versions for different universal pages.
I am trying to change my thinking now and I am working on developing the design in a different way and your idea is really an addition to me
I will soon enter ThemeForest because I am sure that nothing is impossible but it may be difficult at first and certainly the problem still lies in the level I have reached and I must treat it by studying more
Getting a theme approved on ThemeForest is harder than getting a job :), but in your category it is possible, please note that is not just about design, you need to come up with something new, the marketplace is saturated at this point…
