Update payout system

I add paypal as payment method so paypal stopped service in my country i.e cant visit paypal website.

So can i update my payout method to pyoneer and how can i update.

Hi @horyaalgroup,

You can try by edit (the edit icon) -

Select your payout method—either Bank Transfer or PayPal (if it is available to you). If you want to select a virtual provider like Payoneer, Wise or Revolut, you need to select the Bank Transfer option (read more).

When i click edit i repeatly paypal its say enter existing email when i enter its automatically add paypal i and to add pyoneer as payout method

If you want to select a virtual provider like Payoneer, Wise or Revolut, you need to select the Bank Transfer option. Your Bank account information you will get in your Payonner account Get Paid page (choose US/USD account).

Can’t see that option bank transfer all reddy i add paypal just i need to change paypal and connect pyoneer but can’t see option bank transfer

Sorry! Please try to add a new payout option and then select the Bank Transfer option. and make/set it as active payout method.

Email address of your exiting paypal account is this mean the email I used when I registered paypal as payout email

Or need any email have paypal account please classify

Yes, it is your paypal account email id (your registered paypal ID).
