But last month envato send payment to our old payout method. that’s why we don’t received our last month payout. now what can we do?
and today we create a ticket in support center for change our payout method. is it the right way?

As start, avoid sending the same messages. ( copy/paste )
Secondly, if the payment doesn’t arrive to your previous account - which should be unavailable, it will be returning to Envato account and you may request it next month but as @mgscoder suggested, create one ticket on Envato while you could create another ticket @Payoneer
