Good morning, I acquired the license for unlimited downloads of envato for the plunig of wordpress and it does not let me download any plugin, it asks me to update the subcription to one year.
I do not understand.

As shown on the pricing page of Envato Elements, a monthly subscription does not include access to WordPress themes and plugins. Only annual subscriptions can access them.
For refunds or upgrading to an annual subscription you can contact support:

Envato elements subscriptions only allows access to envato elements WP themes https://elements.envato.com/wordpress and not to the entire of Themeforest’s selection.
There is no support, and no updates included with themes accessed via envato elements
