unable to upload new plugin on envato

Hi,
I want to upload new plugin envato. Put it showing attached sql error. Please check and resolve. When i tried to upload it showing below error.

There was an error processing your item: Mysql2::Error: Duplicate entry ‘2147483647’ for key ‘PRIMARY’
