unable to upload new plugin on envato

Hi,
I want to upload new plugin envato. Put it showing attached sql error. Please check and resolve. When i tried to upload it showing below error.

There was an error processing your item: Mysql2::Error: Duplicate entry ‘2147483647’ for key ‘PRIMARY’

Hi all. There is an incident that is currently preventing new items from being uploaded across all Envato Market sites, and the Author Portfolio Management tools.
