Unable to generate shortcode

Hi. New to this, so please be gentle.
I purchased Luna Radio Player 1 Sept and now want to install/activate the plugin. However, I can’t get past the shortcode generator. I am instructed to update the plugin each time. Of course I have updated- several times.
