Unable to create support ticket

Hi all,

I’ve purchased support extension on highthemes InCreate theme but when I go to support and try to create a ticket, i get to the Envato Purchase section and just get a spinning wheel and ‘loading your purchases’ message but nothing else.

Has anyone else experienced this? Am I doing something wrong?

You can go to theme Comments page and post a comment and let the author know about the issue you are facing and ask them support. Hope author will guide you in this concern and assist you.
