Can't get to the support ticket site

I can login to the Envato site , but when I select the link to submit a private ticket I am asked to login to Envato again. When I select the login button it takes to a page that says the following:
It looks like you haven’t purchased any of our products. Please make sure to log in with the correct Envato account. Or purchase a legal license of our product so you can receive support and updates.

If you just purchased the theme, please give the Envato API some time to refresh. At that point if you still have issues please leave a comment on ThemeForest on the product landing page so we can assist you.

The theme was purchased March 14 and it is now the 31st. We purchased the Total theme.
