Ultimate Membership Pro - WordPress Membership Plugin not working for Authorize.net

I have configured Authorize.net as my payment service on my wordpress site and what i am noticing is when i do submit after spinning its showing me the same registration page.

All settings looks good to me.

Can someone please help me in the right direction where i am going wrong ?
