I have a client who is using the Udesign theme, however the previous support person has disappeared and I cannot find out how to access theme forest to get the latest updates. What can I do? The client is http://www.ambassadorministries.net/ Thank You for your Help!
Updates are only available to the original purchase account.
If the client bought the file then it will be in their downloads if the previous support people bought it then unfortunately you will probably have to purchase a new license
I was hoping to avoid the “probably” by being able to contact the author but I have not been able to find any way to contact the Udesign author.
If you look on the item page then their profile is on the right and the contact form at the bottom right of that page.
That said without a license code they may not be able to help.
