HI,
We are having trouble updating the theme of our web page. We purchase it 12 years ago and I was wondering if I could get some help. The theme is u design.

Any help will be appreciated.

You can hire freelancers at www.studio.envato.com but I am afraid that is way outside typical support scope

Is there a way for me to get a hold of the developer of the theme to download an update, According to what I know this was purchased.

To get an update you don’t need the author - you just login to the purchasing account and go to www.themeforest.net/downloads to get the latest copy

If you don’t have the details for the purchasing account then the author won’t be able to validate the license and won’t give out updates
