According to a Help Desk reply I got from David Allen regarding a similar topic, the migration is still ongoing and we can’t manage our photos yet.
“I wanted to mention that you’ll be able to start managing your portfolio in early September; However, there is a possibility this gets extended; you will receive an email when this is made available to you.”

i have to say the whole process going from twenty20 to envato is not handled well.
yes i get a lot of emails what to do to create an account but further the information are very sparse.
the FAQ are not very helpful either. they are very general without any detailed information.
i mean why do people have to go to a forum to get the basic information about when they are able to manage their images.
envato sends so many emails. i just get one that remembers me to bookmark basic webpages.
ok, fine. but these webpages don´t do much for me right now as the process of transfering images from twenty20 is not finished and i am also unable to upload new images to envato.
i rather have some information about a timeline.

Hello
I had been a Twenty20 contributor for probably 6-7 years until the shutdown.
In addition to thousands of photos, I had several videos that I had uploaded to Twenty20 too.
No mention of video content so far. Can you provide details on the status of video content in this transfer of portfolio content from Twenty20 to Envato Elements.
Hello!
The transfer only included photo content as far as I’m aware. Any video content should be uploaded for review on Elements.

After Twenty20 shut down, I received an email telling me that my content would be migrated to Envato. In some of the links I received, I can see part of my photographic material, but I still cannot access it, nor can I upload new material to sell. When is that expected to happen? Is there a tutorial for those of us who come from Twenty20? The Envato page is very different and I really don’t understand it.
Welcome! I too am from Twenty20. Short answer to your questions, we are still in limbo.
Long answers:
Only images that were cleared for commercial clearance are accepted on Envato. Therefore, not all our T20 images transferred to our galleries here.
The data transfer is still ongoing and we are still not able to upload new images or manage our current portfolios. We’ve been told that we should be able to manage and upload sometime in early September.
One of the reasons it is so confusing is we aren’t able to see the tools that will eventually be available for uploading and managing. Hopefully, once we can, it will make a lot more sense. There is a lot of information here, but again, some of it doesn’t make sense yet because we can’t access the features they are referring to.
Envato also just launched a new uploading tool, so there is information on it here: New photo upload tool is now live!
Regarding our dashboards and earnings: What we are seeing now are ONLY those purchases being made by new subscribers in July. All the July purchases made by preexisting clients are not on our dashboards because they are part of the data being transferred. Which means we are earning more than we are seeing currently. After September 4th, each new day of earnings (showing the customer subscriptions started from Aug 1st onwards) will only include items licensed directly from your account - so your dashboard will show your full earnings amount for those days. From October 4th, you’ll be able to see your first “full month” earnings on your individual account.
Hope that helps some!

All your photos that were moved from Twenty20 to Envato Elements are here:

thaks but i can’t see in my dashboard on photodune but only in envato elements …
That’s because the photos from Twenty20 moved to Envato Elements, which is subscription sales. They are not on Envato Market (photodune) which is individual sales. It is two different “stores.” You can find a more detailed explanation here: https://help.author.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000470866-All-About-Envato-Our-Products-and-Platforms

Hello there!
Finally we’ve got an opportunity to upload our photos. I’ve uploaded some and now can’t find them to check their status. We still can’t manage our migrated photos right? Is there any information about it?
The list of submitted photos that are queued for review are on the Photodune dashboard. However, it is several hours behind. It took some of my images 5-7 hours to appear there. And some that are now in my gallery are still listed as queued for review and have yet to show up in my Manager.
The email they sent out the other morning said we won’t be able to manage our T20 photos for a few more weeks. HTH!
