try to purchase i certain theme on this envato site the after several failed attempted account got blocked done the support ticket thing why is this happening i have the right amount of funds right details its weird and is my visa card blocked due to several failed attempted i have BARCLAYS DEBIT CARD and this is happened before were it was blocked due to fraud suspicion

No worries for your English, I understand you just fine! If you opened a ticket already all you have to do is wait for Envato to reply back and they’ll assist you from there. These things do sometimes happen and some customers get locked out due to issues with payment gates but support will help you out. As for the cause, I have no idea as this is not my area of expertise and this answer can only be given to you by the support staff!

Institutions that take care of money and online payments. Credit Cards, PayPal, etc…
still nothing are they going to reply
this is so frustrating am working on something and this happens nearly a whole day wasted
maybe its holiday and they reply only on mon-fri
Sorry to hear you haven’t gotten a reply yet, Envato is a huge community with over 7 million members and the authors were just processed payments yesterday. There might be a lot of tickets from authors and other buyers with other related issues that are delaying your ticket. Support usually replies in the first 24 hours but depending on the volume of tickets it may take a bit more! Cheers and thanks for your patience!
yeah i got respond but he was not helpful just mentioned reasons why it could be blocked yet did not solve anything or unlock my account thus forcing me to make a purchase from another site simple. thank you for your efforts
