Transfer theme purchase rights.

Happy Saturday.
Unfortunatly,my developer purchased a theme for me from his own account and now he is not associated with my website due to some conflict between ourselves because of his technical skills.
Now,I am more concerned about my theme and its updates.
Is there any option through which my developer transfer theme rights in my theme-forest account so I can get timely updates and relax myself.
Please help.

No - transferring access is not possible

The best option would be to have the developer setup the envato plugin so you can at east access updates etc. That otherwise will only be available to the purchasing account
