Token error "Additional Error Details: Error listing buyer purchases.. Forbidden"

Hello, I have an error when add the API token.
The error is:
" Additional Error Details:
Error listing buyer purchases…
Forbidden
{“request_url”:"https://api.envato.com/v2/market/buyer/list-purchases?filter_by=wordpress-plugins",“response_code”:403,“response_cf_ray”:“6377d7547db40e0e-MXP”,“response_server”:“cloudflare”}"

I controlled and I use personal tokens and checked these 3 :slight_smile:

  • View and search Envato sites
  • Download your purchased items
  • List purchases you’ve made

What to do now?

Hi,

Before you create a new token the following 3 permissions should be selected from the list of permission available on the Token page.

  1. View and search Envato sites (checked by default)
  2. Download the user’s purchased items
  3. List purchases the user has made

Response codes

  • 403 means the personal token is incorrect or does not have the required permission(s).

I am having the exact same error. Tokens are configured correctly. I even created several new tokens and still get the same error.

was this ever resolved??? im having the same issue.

You need to copy and add the item Id for the specific product as well to clear the error. you can get the item code from the license certificates and Purchase code from the download section of your profile
