Hi! I just installed my new theme on the website and I cannot verify my Envato token. Here is the error:
The OAuth Personal Token could not be verified. Please check that the Token has been entered correctly and has the minimum required permissions.
Additional Error Details:
Failed to query total number of items in API response.
Unauthorized

This particular error code (unauthorized - 401) generally means that you either have not entered a personal token, or it was in the wrong format.
Try entering your personal token again. Make sure to click the “save changes” button before you click the test button.

I use this code that I blended out and it’s not working.
I had to give access to ftp for every plugin I installed. Maybe that helps to resolve this problem.

Ah, that’s a purchase code, which is sometimes used to activate products.
You need to create a personal token for the Envato Market plugin. It uses a very different format from the purchase code you shared. Make sure to follow the instructions on the plugin:
Once you create a token, it will look like the format I shared above – a continuous string of letters and numbers, with no hyphens. Paste that into the textbox shown in the screenshot, and click save.
