This theme failed to load

Hi everyone,

I’ve just spend a couple of hours to solve this problem but cant managed to do it. I just start a new web site and its vanilla without any plug-in. Whenever I try to install my Trawell theme I always get the error below. Any ideas?

ERROR: This theme failed to load properly and was paused within the admin backend.
