Can't Get the Demo to Load! Help please!

I bought the Auror Theme about 2 weeks ago and I can’t get the theme to load like the demos. I can see the demos, but they will not load, and there is no XML file. Can anyone help me? I really like this theme and if I can’t get it to work, that means I wasted my money.

Talked to the creators, but they didn’t have any luck. They couldn’t access my CPanel on SiteGround to do a manual upload or something like that, despite my giving the necessary access information. SIGH!!! I emailed them for the XML, WIE and DAT files, but haven’t heard back from them.
