I’m new to themeforest. I’m not a huge believer of responsive design for resoultions from 4k unless it is some photo showcase website or something. i would like to create a design which is fixed literally, but having a max-width of 1920 for Full HD monitors. Is this okay? I think it should look okay even on 4k monitors. If I design so, would my design get rejected. If there is anything else I should know please let me know.
It won’t get rejected for that alone but you are likely to find buyers requesting responsive support
