One question… in themeforest years ago my designs were approved but now something similar or change something different time? I await the answer, thank you.
themeforest requires more modern, premium and aesthetic design. So, few years ago approved design will not be a perfect decision. You have to compete with the design of the present day.

The standard webpage size maximum width of 1440 pixels. So, you can use 1440 px or 1140 px.

Technical details/requirements are not important at the stage where your design skills needs to be improved… According to the items you’re posting on the forum, I can say that as a designer, you still need to get familiar with the latest design approach to be able to sell at Envato Marketplace. You still need to learn about spacing/typo/design approach etc and at this point ( again, according to your “rejected items” ) you’re at high school and you need to be graduated from university.
