I found that we stop getting notifications about new comments to our support email. It’s a very important feature for us as my support team gets these notifications directly in Help Scout and react immediately to answer buyers.
Please check.

Again, not working, 10 minutes ago or so buyer leave a comment, still no email notification. Can someone check this issue please.
