Themeforest Newspaper theme WP Uploading failing just after purchasing it

Hi, i bought themeforest newspaper theme 2 days ago and when i try to upload it, it says “The link you followed has expired. Please try later”. What is the problem? please help

Please make sure you increase upload_max_filesize and post_max_size - http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-increase-the-maximum-file-upload-size-in-wordpress/ - https://wordpress.org/support/topic/the-link-you-followed-has-expired/
And also the other php.ini directives - https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
